 Scholarships are available from the Sirindhorn Technology Scholarship Fund for outstanding students from reputable universities in any foreign country to pursue a master's or doctoral degree programme at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT), Thammasat University, Thailand.

Scholarships awarded: 40 Scholarships for Lifetime Learning

For prospective students starting in the fall semester of 2023. (August, 2023)

- A Master's degree is required (2-year curriculum)
- Doctor of Philosophy (3-year curriculum)

Scholarship Protection:

1. Full SIIT tuition and educational support fees (fully supported thesis), excluding: * TU Matriculation Fee (600 baht) * TU Educational Support Fees (800 baht [IT Service by TU] + 55 baht [Group Insurance Fee] per semester)
2. A monthly living allowance of 10,000 baht
3. Round-trip economy airfare to and from Thailand and the recipient's home country (actual expense, maximum 20,000 baht/student)
4. Miscellaneous costs such as visa fees, airport taxes, and so on (actual expenses, but not over 10,000 baht)
5. Health and accident insurance during the scholarship period in Thailand

* Scholarship recipients must live in the SIIT dormitory for a minimum of 12 months.

Candidate Qualifications: 

* You must not be a Thai national. 
* You must have an excellent academic record (preferably ranked within the top 20 percent of the class)
* Meet SIIT graduate programme admissions requirements.
* Two strong recommendation letters (at least one of which must be from an academic instructor/adviser)
* Be in good health and conduct; 
* Not be the recipient of another type of scholarship.

Application Period: February 6th - March 15th, 2023

Successful candidates will be announced on May 19, 2023.
