HDB Undergraduate Scholarship for Singaporeans
The HDB Undergraduate Scholarship is available to Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents who have achieved high marks in their "A" Levels, International Baccalaureate, Diploma, or equivalent examinations, as well as in their Co-Curricular Activities (CCA).
You can apply As soon as the 'A' Level results are announced, you can submit an application for the HDB Undergraduate Scholarship.
You'll have to serve a bond period after graduation of:
for international 06 years bond period
For local scholarships, 04 years bond period

HDB Undergraduate Specialist Scholarship
Singaporeans or Permanent Residents with excellent A-level, International Baccalaureate or Diploma (or equivalent), and CCA records are eligible for the HDB Undergraduate Specialist Scholarship. After graduating, scholars must fulfill a 4-year bond requirement for local sponsorship.

HDB Mid-Term Scholarship for Singaporeans
An opportunity to complete the remaining years of their degree is provided by the HDB Mid-Term Scholarship to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents with outstanding academic records and CCA records. The length of the bond will depend on how long their studies will last.
The HDB Mid-Term Scholarship is available all year long, at any time.
