Scholarships at Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) - 2024 Intake
Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT) is now accepting applications for scholarships from students in the SAARC Member States for the 2024 intake. Details regarding SLIIT, scholarships for nominees from South Asian countries, degree programs, and the application form are attached.
Application Process:
- The digital application can be accessed at: Application Form.
- The application deadline is February 29, 2024.
- Completed applications must be submitted through the High Commissions/Embassies of Sri Lanka in the esteemed Member States. These will be transmitted to the Ministry of Education of Sri Lanka and SLIIT by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Scholarship Details:
- SLIIT is offering scholarships for undergraduate degree programs in Information Technology, Business Management, or Engineering.
- The scholarships cover the full duration of the degree program.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have successfully completed the G.C.E Advanced Level Examination (London or equivalent).
- the G.C.E Advanced Level Certificate and Transcript, a copy of the passport or ID.
Selection Process:
- Recipients will be selected through a screening of their application documents.
- The selected candidate will be notified by email and receive a conditional offer letter.
Required Documents:
- Scholarship Application Form (use the standard form provided) *to be completed by the applicant.
- Copy of passport with a clear image of the picture attached.
- Educational Certificates in proof of higher education must be attached.
