Introduction
The Loke Cheng-Kim Foundation is pleased to announce the scholarship awards for students applying for admission to first-degree courses conferred by well-established local and overseas universities for the 2024/2025 academic year. The foundation aims to support and nurture students who are committed to a life path in conservation, sustainable development, natural and cultural heritage, or any aspect of improving life on earth.
Eligibility
- Open to Singapore citizens or permanent residents.
- Applicants should not be current holders of other scholarship awards or grants.
- The scholarship prioritizes courses in Natural Sciences (including Zoology, Botany, Physics, Chemistry), Environmental Sciences, and Pure Humanities (Geography, History).
- Applicants should demonstrate a commitment to their chosen field through knowledge, activities, and initiatives outside of their school curriculum.
- Applicants are required to submit a personal statement (maximum 500 words) detailing their career aims, aspirations, and how their chosen course of study will help achieve them.
