Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Malay/Muslim Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents of Singapore.
Educational Background:
Obtained admission to a full-time degree programme in relevant fields at the following autonomous universities in Singapore:
National University Singapore (NUS)
Nanyang Technology University (NTU)
Singapore Management University (SMU)
Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)
Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)
Singapore University of Technology & Design (SUTD)
Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)
Academic Performance:
GCE ‘A’ level with three (3) distinctions (including General Paper)
International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with a minimum aggregate of 37 points
Polytechnic diploma with a Certificate of Merit
Equivalent qualification
National Service:
Completed National Service for male applicants.
Co-curricular Activities:
Good records of active participation in co-curricular activities.
Other:
Not in receipt of any other scholarships.

Scholarship Benefits
Tuition and Fees: Covers all tuition and compulsory fees up to $25,000 per year. For those eligible for Tertiary Tuition Fees Subsidy (TTFS), the scholarship will cover the difference in tuition fees not covered by TTFS.
Monthly Allowance: $1,000 per month throughout the duration of the course.
Learning Opportunities:
Participation in Overseas Exchange Programmes, Summer Schools, and relevant Future-Ready programmes organized by MENDAKI up to $10,000 per year.
