  • Educational Background:

    • Obtained admission to a full-time degree programme in relevant fields at the following autonomous universities in Singapore:
      • National University Singapore (NUS)
      • Nanyang Technology University (NTU)
      • Singapore Management University (SMU)
      • Singapore Institute of Management (SIM)
      • Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT)
      • Singapore University of Technology & Design (SUTD)
      • Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS)

  • Academic Performance:

    • GCE ‘A’ level with three (3) distinctions (including General Paper)
    • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma with a minimum aggregate of 37 points
    • Polytechnic diploma with a Certificate of Merit
    • Equivalent qualification

  • National Service:

    • Completed National Service for male applicants.

  • Co-curricular Activities:

    • Good records of active participation in co-curricular activities.

  • Other:

    • Not in receipt of any other scholarships.

Scholarship Benefits

  • Tuition and Fees: Covers all tuition and compulsory fees up to $25,000 per year. For those eligible for Tertiary Tuition Fees Subsidy (TTFS), the scholarship will cover the difference in tuition fees not covered by TTFS.

  • Monthly Allowance: $1,000 per month throughout the duration of the course.

  • Learning Opportunities:

    • Participation in Overseas Exchange Programmes, Summer Schools, and relevant Future-Ready programmes organized by MENDAKI up to $10,000 per year.
