List of Eligible Programmes:
Scholarship Status: Non-recipients of any other scholarships, bursaries, financial aid, or sponsorships awarded by external organisations.
Academic Performance: Excellent academic performance or outstanding track records as an Arts practitioner or professional.
Leadership and Commitment: Motivated individuals aspiring to play a leadership role in shaping the future arts and culture scene in Singapore, committed to creating a positive impact for the Singapore community through the arts.
Co-curricular Activities: Good records in co-curricular activities.
Service Commitment: Strong commitment to two years of service in the Singapore arts industry upon graduation.

Arts and Cultural disciplines, including but not limited to Acting, Arts Histories, Arts Management, Fine Arts, Dance Practices, Music, Art Therapy, Arts Pedagogy, Creative Writing, and Music Therapy.
