Eligibility
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for consideration:
- Be a Singapore Citizen.

- Possess outstanding academic results (GCE A Level, Polytechnic Diploma, IB Diploma, NUS High School Diploma, or equivalent).
- Applying for admission to a full-time undergraduate degree programme at NUS.
*Transfer applicants from other local or overseas universities are not eligible.
Field of Study
The scholarship is tenable for almost all full-time undergraduate programmes at NUS, excluding Music. Limited scholarships may be available for competitive courses such as Dentistry, Medicine, and Law.

- Tuition Coverage: 100% coverage of subsidised tuition fees (after MOE Tuition Grant).

How to Apply
- Submit an application for admission to NUS.
- Submit one common scholarship application via the Applicant Portal to be considered for multiple NUS awards.
- Upload supporting documents (Portfolio, CCA records) via the Applicant Portal.
- Ensure your Referee Recommendation Form is submitted online by your Principal or Tutor.

Other Details (Terms & Conditions)
- Renewal: Scholars must maintain a GPA of at least 3.50 (top 80% for Dentistry, Med, Law).
- Artistic Contribution: Scholars must lead or organize arts productions, initiate community arts projects, or collaborate with artistic groups within/outside NUS.
- Conduct: Scholars must display good conduct and participate in at least one Office of Student Affairs event per year.
